Orange Immunity Booster Smoothie

This super smooth and super yummy smoothie is not only an immunity booster but is also great for inflammation in the body! It's perfect for breakfast or as a "pick-me-up" in the afternoon.


Ingredients (1 serving):


  • 1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric

  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp Ginger

  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Flax Seed

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)

  • 1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
