Ingredients (1 serving):
1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
1/2 Banana (frozen)
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ginger
1 1/2 tsp Ground Flax Seed
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)
1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
